The La Unidad Latina Medical Guild was formed to unite professional medical members of La Unidad Latina, Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity, Inc. in order to deliver more efficient care, advocate for the Latino community, and to serve as a resource for Latinos at every level of medical training and practice.  Founded by Hermanos from across the nation, the Medical Guild has worked to create a support system for Latino physicians, healthcare professionals, and aspiring students to address the dearth of and need for Latinos in healthcare professions.
